These terms apply when you book a paid admission consultation with Canadian Study & Immigration Centre through csicentre.ca or our booking page at cal.com/csicentre.
What the consultation is
- A one-to-one video call providing general guidance about applying to Canadian universities and colleges.
- It is not immigration advice or legal advice. We don’t advise on study permits, visas, work permits, permanent residence or refusals, and we don’t prepare or submit immigration applications. Only licensed immigration consultants (RCICs), lawyers and Quebec notaries may give paid immigration advice in Canada.
- We can’t guarantee admission, scholarships, fee waivers or any immigration outcome. Decisions are made by schools and by the Government of Canada.
Prices and payment
- 30-minute consultation: CA$11.99. 60-minute consultation: CA$19.99.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Your bank may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.
- Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you book. We never see or store your full card details.
- A 30-minute session may be extended by 30 minutes during the call, if both sides agree, for an additional payment sent by secure payment link.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
- Cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before your booked time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 1 day before, and missed calls, are not refunded.
- You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email, subject to availability.
- If we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund or a new time of your choice.
